Taxnology Pty Ltd was established by the Directors of Apex in 2003 to create property industry specific software.

The software created by Taxnology plays a vital role in Apex's service delivery enabling smooth collaboration with our clients for work processing, communication and reporting. Our internal operational processes are successful in delivering efficiencies that benefit our clients.

The software enables us to take a 'snapshot' of our client’s property on an asset-by-asset basis and provide our clients with access to their property information at any point in the property life cycle. For example, we can use the data to calculate depreciation between any two given points in time incorporating low-value pools, balancing adjustments and analysis of repairs and maintenance expenditure.

Taxnology arms us with the ability to model any property in a virtual environment for multi-spectrum analyses. We also deliver our solutions over the web using Taxnology Online.
